Invest in Outcomes, Not just Services

Are you struggling with low project completion rates after Six Sigma training? You're not alone. I'm Roger Green and over the past 15 years, I’ve trained Green Belts and Black Belts across various institutions, and while trainees give high marks for the training itself, only 58% of newly certified Green Belts complete their projects—far below the 90% managers expect. When we look deeper, only 32% of public course participants complete their projects, compared to 68% in company-sponsored courses.

Six Sigma Reinvented

A New Path to 90%+ Project Completion

Facing low project completion rates after Six Sigma training?

We understand how frustrating it can be to invest in training without seeing the desired results. If you've been hesitant to take the next step, now is the perfect time to reconsider.

I am Roger Green, a Master Black Belt Six Sigma Trainer and over the last 15 years, I’ve seen this challenge firsthand. While trainees consistently praise the quality of the training, only 58% of Green Belts complete their projects. We know you’re aiming for better—and so are we. That’s why we’ve redesigned our Six Sigma program to directly address the gaps and help you achieve the 90% completion rate that managers expect.

I’m introducing a new Six Sigma training format designed to significantly improve project completion rates.

New Approach

Expanded Training Program

Our program includes 11 bi-weekly virtual classroom sessions (4 hours each), with an optional makeup session during the off weeks to refresh and reinforce key concepts. This extended schedule offers a more gradual, in-depth exploration of Six Sigma principles, allowing participants to absorb and retain the material more effectively.

Practical Application Sessions

Each week, participants will engage in four 30-minute group check-in sessions. These sessions offer deliberate practice and hands-on application of the skills learned throughout the week, ensuring trainees can confidently implement Six Sigma techniques (Kata) in real-world scenarios.

Let's Break the Mould

Personalized Coaching Sessions

Every two weeks, participants will receive a one-on-one coaching session (1 hour) to support the successful completion of their individual projects. Students also have the option to combine this session with a project team meeting for added guidance and collaboration.

So What's Holding them Back

What's Holding Them Back...

Complexity of Material

Traditional Six Sigma training is packed into a 40-hour week, which can overwhelm participants and limit the time needed to fully grasp the content.

Limited Support

Many trainees receive minimal guidance once they return to their workplaces, making it difficult to apply Six Sigma techniques effectively.
